In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

4.1 Registration Process

5.2 Deposits

All deposits to phcrown33 must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. phcrown33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, including accounts belonging to family members or acquaintances. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed within your account at the time of deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your phcrown33 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawals

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes phcrown33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

phcrown33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where phcrown33 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• You are engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with your use of phcrown33;
• You have attempted to abuse any bonus, promotion, or technical feature of the platform;
• Your continued access to phcrown33 poses a financial, legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to phcrown33;
• You are insolvent or have been declared bankrupt under Philippine law;

Upon permanent account closure, phcrown33 will process the withdrawal of any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your account (less any amounts subject to legitimate set-off claims) within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds at the time of closure for breach of these Terms are forfeited.

You may voluntarily close your phcrown33 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not release you from any outstanding obligations under these Terms.
